Check-In Checklist

*Please make sure you do not set the thermostat below ​70 degrees​–this will freeze the unit! IF unit Freezes the only way to defrost is to turn off.

*Please make sure you have the ​correct number of beach tags​ and that they are left in the same location you found them at check-out!

*Please ​give the refrigerator time to cool off​ following check-in! Remember the cleaning team had it open to clean and you are now filling it. Please give it a chance to cool.

*Is your unit clean? Signs that the cleaning crew was not there include: food left in the refrigerator and the trash not being taken out​! Call us before you unpack if you see evidence of no cleaning crew!

*WiFi information is posted in the unit–Please check for a binder, on the refrigerator, or on the bottom of the modem ​before​ calling the office!

*Atmosphere conducive to quiet enjoyment of quests in surrounding accommodations must be maintained at all times

*​Please remember that all maintenance issues must be addressed on your Tenant Inspection Report in order for the office to send a vendor out.
