*Please make sure you do not set the thermostat below 70 degrees–this will freeze the unit! IF unit Freezes the only way to defrost is to turn off.
*Please make sure you have the correct number of beach tags and that they are left in the same location you found them at check-out!
*Please give the refrigerator time to cool off following check-in! Remember the cleaning team had it open to clean and you are now filling it. Please give it a chance to cool.
*Is your unit clean? Signs that the cleaning crew was not there include: food left in the refrigerator and the trash not being taken out! Call us before you unpack if you see evidence of no cleaning crew!
*WiFi information is posted in the unit–Please check for a binder, on the refrigerator, or on the bottom of the modem before calling the office!
*Atmosphere conducive to quiet enjoyment of quests in surrounding accommodations must be maintained at all times
